I am currently too hot and too cold at the same time O.o BAH! how traumatic...
what has happened this week? not a lot >.<
wednesday i had the amazing task of putting brochures in envelopes....*still on work experience*, but at least i got some amusement from the franking machine XD hot damn that thing is cool ! (welcome to my sad life :3) put the envelope in....STAMP! XD VROOM! *giggles* heh..inside joke....but anyone who has used it will know what i mean....
*dance dance*...NO! RESIST! IT'S AVRIL LAVIGNE FOR CHRIST'S SAKE! >.<

anyway. then lucy arrived and we went over various things about ze show like what we were planning to do that night.
At Youth Theatre (yeesh. that sounds too official ¬.¬) it was just a small group of us (guards and musketeers) so it was much more fun and relaxed.
We went through most of the swordfights (BOOYAH!) and perfected various lunges and parries.
I must admit i felt a lot more confident doing the fights that day. that was such a great night...
i always find that when it's just a few of us. meh... i
t was also pretty cool seeing as i have to get slashed and fall to the floor...heh...i was pretty proud of that fall ^^; seeing as i didn't crack any ribs or anything :P
Thursday...thursday was fun! though i took an earlier bus into ringwood so i had to wander around for a while....got bored...then slowly walked up to ff ^^;
One of my teachers came to check up on me so i talked to her for a bit until i had to put various boxes of mail in the lift...run downstairs..then retrieve it. heh...the door kept closing on me! >.<
so i didnt really hear what lucy and her were talking about me ^^; oh well. i did my best, and that's all that matters.
so then lucy and i had the day to ourselves to sort out various play stuff. we put on some music on full blast (woo :D) and sorted out costumes...hehe...there is some CRAZY stuff in there XD but what do you expect..it is a theatre company after all :P
youth theatre was pretty good. we ran through scene 7 numerous times which meant more swordfighting.
then watched scene 8 before chanting awkwardly...goddamnit we always forget our cue! >.< it's rather embarassing when you're the only one cheering at the WRONG TIME ^^;
then a few of us buggered off into teh dressing room to listen to yannis and laura ramble about various people ^^;
i found it hilarious seeing as we'd just be talking then a long line of people would come dashing through one door and out the other a few times for a scene....nyahaha XD
it was rather sad that my work experience ended so soon..i wanted to quit school and have a job there :P but anyway i gave lucy some chocolates and a thank you card and she said she was pleased with me and she'd share the chocolate out in Ipswich ^^
it was a really interesting 2 weeks. i found it was quite insightful. For the Special needs groups, Lucy herself, the people working behind the company, and being a youth theatre member myself...so i got a lot of different views.
friday today....i get the day off seeing as the company is in ipswich. but i get to go to a group 1 youth theatre tongiht with all the ankle biters :) yay! and kate should be there..hopefully..XD
well...this has been another long and boring ramble from me :P
